What this means

This endpoint uses post-quantum hybrid key exchange. The shared secret is the concatenation of a classical ECDH result and a ML-KEM result; a future quantum attacker would have to break both to recover the session. This is what Cloudflare, Google, Apple, AWS and Mozilla ship by default in 2026.
